Returns & Exchanges

At Strong Brave Kind Smart we hope that you are 100% satisfied with our products.

In the event that you would like to return a product, please ensure the item is in it's original condition. It must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached. This must be done within 7 days of receiving your order.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds but we are more than happy to offer a credit note (excluding postage fees). This will be emailed to you once the item is received in it's original condition.

We also do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee the requested size will be in stock.  

Please email strongbravekindsmart@gmail.com as we will be more than happy to assist with any issue regarding a return.

Please also note that it is the responsibility of the customer to cover the return postage fee.

 

Faulty Item

At Strong Brave Kind Smart we thoroughly ensure that each order is in perfect condition before it is posted out, however in the rare instance you do find a fault, please immediately email strongbravekindsmart@gmail.com so we can rectify as soon as possible. This must be done within 7 days of receiving your order.
